.	Ted married Bub [Violet Groves] and had one boy, Robin. My mum, Con, thought the world of Ted, he was a lovely kind, gentle man. Bub used to be very exasperated with him because he would keep the best piece of meat on his plate for the cat. Bub is lovely, a great tease. I do not know how she escaped being murdered by her ever loving family. Maybe it was the splendour of her apple pies, or the beauty of her garden. She is the source of most of the tit bits of information on these pages. The first picture below shows Ted with his mum Ada. .	Here are Ted and Bub on the beach with Ada and William. The picture was taken by Con. My father Bob, has walked off in disgust, not wanting his picture associated with the booze on the table! Very unlike my Dad in his later years, he loved to brew his own wine and beer.
.	This is Robin, amazingly he has hardly changed in looks since this picture was taken. He is now married to Maureen and they have a daughter Fiona.
